Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, if we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Sending your digital photo is simple!
When you place an order with us, we send an order confirmation email using the email address you gave us when you placed your order.
When you receive this confirmation email, just reply to the email and attach the digital photo you want us to use for your custom order.
Helpful Hints
1. Do not adjust the digital photo in anyway. Send it to us "as is" ... original size, colors etc. Best results are
from 3-5 megapixel cameras with photos taken with adequate lighting.
2. Send us a Good Quality Photo! Remember what you see is what you get! If you send us a poor quality digital photo, the product you order will have the poor quality that your photo reflects. Be aware of the background of your digital photo!
3. If we think you won't be happy with the results, we'll call you and request another photo.
Photo Content
We reserve the right to refuse orders with photos that are obscene or offensive in anyway. Deciding whether a photo is obscene or offensive or not, is at our sole discretion.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery Schedule
Although we strive to keep items in stock, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
We also offer Local Delivery to Hanover, PA.
Please only choose this option if your order is being delivered to Hanover, PA . If this option is chosen and the delivery address is not in Hanover, PA the applicable shipping fee will be charged and the items will be shipped.
Local Deliveries will be grouped and will be delivered once a week either Friday or Saturday. If your order is not completed for the delivery that week, you will receive it the following week.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be apllied to all in state orders. Our business is operated from Pennsylvania. All other orders are tax free, please make sure to click the exempt box to reduce tax to zero.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
